Svou malou diagnostickou jednotkou jsem se dobral toho, \u017ee z\u00e1vada spo\u010d\u00edv\u00e1 ve ventilu EGR, kde zcela zjevn\u011b doch\u00e1zelo k ne\u017e\u00e1douc\u00edm zesiluj\u00edc\u00edm oscilac\u00edm s nekone\u010dnou kladnou zp\u011btnou vazbou:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<!--more-->\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-image size-full\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" width=\"538\" height=\"331\" src=\"http:\/\/tulon.cz\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2021\/11\/croma_egr_graf.jpg\" alt=\"\" class=\"wp-image-14\" srcset=\"http:\/\/tulon.cz\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2021\/11\/croma_egr_graf.jpg 538w, http:\/\/tulon.cz\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2021\/11\/croma_egr_graf-300x185.jpg 300w\" sizes=\"(max-width: 538px) 100vw, 538px\" \/><\/figure>\n\n\n\n<p> Ale pro\u010d? Teorie chyb spolehlivostn\u00edho in\u017een\u00fdrstv\u00ed \u0159\u00edk\u00e1, \u017ee ka\u017ed\u00e9 selh\u00e1n\u00ed m\u016f\u017ee b\u00fdt vyp\u016fsobeno jedn\u00edm ze t\u0159\u00ed m\u00f3d\u016f selh\u00e1n\u00ed.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul><li>Prim\u00e1rn\u00ed selh\u00e1n\u00ed &#8211; porucha komponenty, a\u010dkoli m\u011bla fungovat. V p\u0159\u00edpad\u011b EGR nap\u0159. zaseknut\u00ed ventilu jen tak, nebo elektrick\u00e1 porucha.<\/li><li>Sekund\u00e1rn\u00ed selh\u00e1n\u00ed &#8211; porucha komponenty zp\u016fsoben\u00e1 t\u00edm, \u017ee komponenta byla vystavena podm\u00ednk\u00e1m, na kter\u00e9 nebyla dimenzov\u00e1na. V p\u0159\u00edpad\u011b EGR nap\u0159\u00edklad ucp\u00e1n\u00ed sazemi.<\/li><li>Selh\u00e1n\u00ed povelu (command fault) &#8211; komponenta sice technicky funguje spr\u00e1vn\u011b jako jednotka, ale dost\u00e1v\u00e1 nespr\u00e1vn\u00e9 p\u0159\u00edkazy a proto funguje nespr\u00e1vn\u011b z hlediska syst\u00e9mu<\/li><\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p>EGR coby syst\u00e9m tedy selh\u00e1val a zp\u016fsoboval nekontrolovateln\u00e9 oscilace, kter\u00e9 p\u0159emohly dvouhmotov\u00fd setrva\u010dn\u00edk a za\u010daly r\u00e1zovat do p\u0159evodovky a pohybu auta. Ale pro\u010d? Kv\u016fli jak\u00e9mu m\u00f3du selh\u00e1n\u00ed?<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Prim\u00e1rn\u00edmu &#8211; proto\u017ee byl EGR ventil vadn\u00fd u\u017e z v\u00fdroby?<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Sekund\u00e1rn\u00edmu &#8211; proto\u017ee se EGR ventil ucpal sazemi a proto nap\u0159. nedov\u00edral a neust\u00e1le se posunoval sem-tam ve snaze dos\u00e1hnout po\u017eadovan\u00e9, ale sazemi fyzicky blokovan\u00e9 pozice?<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Nebo kv\u016fli povelov\u00e9mu &#8211; \u017ee EGR ventil dost\u00e1val vadn\u00e9 povely z \u0159\u00edd\u00edc\u00ed jednotky?<\/p>\n\n\n<p>A nebo to byla \u00fapln\u011b jin\u00e1 chyba, zp\u016fsoben\u00e1 nap\u0159. net\u011bsnost\u00ed v syst\u00e9mu z\u00e1sobov\u00e1n\u00ed motoru tlakov\u00fdm vzduchem?<\/p>\n<p>Logicky vzato z pohledu syst\u00e9mov\u00e9ho in\u017een\u00fdrstv\u00ed toti\u017e EGR nen\u00ed jen samostatn\u00e1 komponenta, n\u00fdbr\u017e syst\u00e9m, kter\u00fd se logicky skl\u00e1d\u00e1 z:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>\u0159\u00edd\u00edc\u00ed jednotky<\/li>\n<li>senzor\u016f<\/li>\n<li>ventilu EGR<\/li>\n<li>trubek EGR<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Nav\u00edc je\u0161t\u011b v\u00fdstup i vstup EGR interferuj\u00ed s a jsou ovliv\u0148ov\u00e1ny<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>z\u00e1sobov\u00e1n\u00ed motoru tlakov\u00fdm vzduchem z turba<\/li>\n<li>mno\u017estv\u00edm re\u00e1ln\u00fdch v\u00fdfukov\u00fdch plyn\u016f<\/li>\n<li>mno\u017estv\u00edm vypo\u010dten\u00fdch v\u00fdfukov\u00fdch plyn\u016f<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n<p>Za nejpravd\u011bpodobn\u011bj\u0161\u00ed jsem pova\u017eoval command fault &#8211; vadn\u00fd povel z \u0158J. Pro\u010d? Proto\u017ee zvy\u0161uj\u00edc\u00ed se oscilace jsou uk\u00e1zkov\u00fdm p\u0159\u00edpadem jevu, kter\u00e9mu se v pr\u016fmyslov\u00e9 automatizaci pokud se dob\u0159e pamatuji \u0159\u00edk\u00e1 &#8220;p\u0159ekompenzovan\u00e1 zp\u011btn\u00e1 vazba&#8221;. Dob\u0159e, tak na z\u00e1klad\u011b \u010deho \u0158J ovl\u00e1d\u00e1 ventil EGR?<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Servisn\u00ed manu\u00e1l uv\u00e1d\u00ed n\u00e1sleduj\u00edc\u00ed:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<figure id=\"Table1\" class=\"wp-block-table\"><table><tbody><tr><td>P\u0159i teplot\u011b chlad\u00edc\u00ed kapaliny &gt; 20\u00b0C a ot\u00e1\u010dk\u00e1ch motoru mezi 800 a 3000 RPM ovl\u00e1d\u00e1 \u0159\u00edd\u00edc\u00ed jednotka vst\u0159ikov\u00e1n\u00ed solenoid ventilu EGR sign\u00e1lem obd\u00e9ln\u00edkov\u00e9ho pr\u016fb\u011bhu (square wave signal). Variace tohoto sign\u00e1lu umo\u017e\u0148uj\u00ed c\u00edvce EGR pohybovat ventilem, \u010d\u00edm\u017e reguluj\u00ed mno\u017estv\u00ed v\u00fdfukov\u00fdch plyn\u016f z v\u00fdfukov\u00e9ho potrub\u00ed vstupuj\u00edc\u00edch do sac\u00edho potrub\u00ed<br>(&#8230;)<br>\u0158\u00edd\u00edc\u00ed jednotka vst\u0159ikov\u00e1n\u00ed nep\u0159etr\u017eit\u011b m\u011b\u0159\u00ed mno\u017estv\u00ed vzduchu, kter\u00fd recirkuluje, prost\u0159ednictv\u00edm v\u00e1hy vzduchu. Prakticky vzato &#8211; pokud je teoreticky zn\u00e1m\u00e9 mno\u017estv\u00ed vzduchu v s\u00e1n\u00ed pro dan\u00e9 ot\u00e1\u010dky motoru Qam, a v\u00e1ha vzduchu re\u00e1ln\u011b nam\u011b\u0159\u00ed \u00fadaj Qar, kter\u00fd je ni\u017e\u0161\u00ed, potom rozd\u00edl Qgr je roven mno\u017estv\u00ed vzduchu kter\u00fd je recirku\u00e1lov\u00e1n skrze syst\u00e9m EGR.<br>(&#8230;)<br>D\u00e1le je po\u010d\u00edt\u00e1no s \u00fadajem o atmosferick\u00e9m tlaku, ze kter\u00e9ho je dovozov\u00e1na provozn\u00ed v\u00fd\u0161ka vozidla a s rostouc\u00ed v\u00fd\u0161kou je omezov\u00e1na recirkulace p\u0159es EGR aby nedoch\u00e1zelo ke vzniku saz\u00ed.<\/td><\/tr><\/tbody><\/table><\/figure>\n\n\n\n<p>To je \u00fa\u017easn\u011b jednoduch\u00fd syst\u00e9m &#8211; pou\u017e\u00edv\u00e1 jen jedno jedin\u00e9 \u010didlo, v\u00e1hu vzduchu. Z n\u011bj si motor p\u0159es teoretickou mapu spot\u0159eby vzduchu motorem pro dan\u00e9 ot\u00e1\u010dky a v\u00fd\u0161ku spo\u010d\u00edt\u00e1 objem vzduchu recirkuluj\u00edc\u00ed p\u0159es syst\u00e9m EGR, a to pou\u017e\u00edv\u00e1 jako zp\u011btnou vazbu pro nastaven\u00ed ventilu EGR.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Pokud by se jednalo o command fault, byli by tedy pouze dva podez\u0159el\u00ed: v\u00e1ha vzduchu&#8230; A samotn\u00e1 \u0159\u00edd\u00edc\u00ed jednotka vst\u0159ikov\u00e1n\u00ed, uff. To je Bosch EDC 16C39. K nesehn\u00e1n\u00ed.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Narazil jsem na informaci, \u017ee kdy\u017e u Opelu &#8211; kter\u00fd pou\u017e\u00edv\u00e1 ten sam\u00fd motor pod ozna\u010den\u00edm CDTi &#8211; provedou v\u00fdm\u011bnu EGR ventilu a auto za\u010dne cukat, mus\u00ed se firmware \u0158J p\u0159ehr\u00e1t novou verz\u00ed, kter\u00e1 obsahuje softwarovou opravu. Ale autorizovan\u00fd servis o ni\u010dem takov\u00e9m nesly\u0161el a nakonec mi i ofici\u00e1ln\u00ed zastoupen\u00ed  \u0159eklo, \u017ee pro m\u00e9 auto \u017e\u00e1dn\u00fd takov\u00fd update neeviduj\u00ed.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Dob\u0159e, doufejme \u017ee \u0158J to nen\u00ed. Tak v\u00e1ha vzduchu? Jen\u017ee &#8211; co kdy\u017e to nen\u00ed command fault? Co toti\u017e vlastn\u011b znamen\u00e1 diagnostick\u00fd \u00fadaj &#8220;EGR_PCT&#8221; &#8211; povel na kolik % m\u00e1 b\u00fdt EGR otev\u0159en, nebo \u010dten\u00ed ze senzoru jak moc EGR re\u00e1ln\u011b otev\u0159en je? Proto\u017ee pokud to druh\u00e9, m\u016f\u017ee b\u00fdt chyba v EGR ventilu a ten osciluje bez ohledu na \u0159\u00edd\u00edc\u00ed povely&#8230;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Nakonec jsem to vzdal. Zd\u00e1lo se toti\u017e b\u00fdt jednozna\u010dn\u00fdm, \u017ee vin\u00edkem je bu\u010f v\u00e1ha vzduchu (v p\u0159\u00edpad\u011b selh\u00e1n\u00ed povelu), nebo ventil EGR (v p\u0159\u00edpad\u011b prim\u00e1rn\u00edho\/sekund\u00e1rn\u00edho selh\u00e1n\u00ed). Na riziko selh\u00e1n\u00ed povelu \u0159\u00edd\u00edc\u00ed jednotky jsem necht\u011bl ani pomyslet.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Jako pou\u010den\u00fd spot\u0159ebitel jsem si p\u0159ed koup\u00ed auta zjistil, kolik stoj\u00ed typick\u00e9 n\u00e1hradn\u00ed d\u00edly &#8211; v\u00e1ha vzduchu 1000-1500 K\u010d, ventil EGR origin\u00e1l Fiat Magneti Minarelli 1600 K\u010d. Kdy\u017e tak na Fondu Oprav p\u0159ibylo dost pen\u011bz, ud\u011blal p\u0159esn\u011b to, co d\u011blaj\u00ed zoufal\u00ed nebo neschopn\u00ed mechanici &#8211; n\u00e1hodn\u011b m\u011bnit d\u00edly tak dlouho, dokud t\u0159eba n\u011bco nepom\u016f\u017ee. V tomto p\u0159\u00edpad\u011b to ov\u0161em umo\u017enila tak levn\u00e1 cena n\u00e1hradn\u00edch d\u00edl\u016f &#8211; st\u00e1t to 5000, tak tahle cesta pokus-omyl nebude pr\u016fchoz\u00ed.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\u0158ekl jsem si toti\u017e, \u017ee i kdyby to nepomohlo, jedn\u00e1 se o spot\u0159ebn\u00ed d\u00edly kter\u00e9 budu stejn\u011b \u010dasem pot\u0159ebovat.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>A do\u0161lo mi, \u017ee tot\u00e9\u017e by nejsp\u00ed\u0161e zkou\u0161el mechanik, a akor\u00e1t by mn\u011b to st\u00e1lo v\u00edce \u010dasu a pen\u011bz za jeho pr\u00e1ci.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Prvn\u00ed jsem se rozhodl vym\u011bnit v\u00e1hu vzduchu, proto\u017ee je l\u00e9pe p\u0159\u00edstupn\u00e1. Co to? ono to&#8230; Necuk\u00e1?! No, t\u0159eba nen\u00ed zah\u0159\u00e1t\u00fd motor nad 20\u00b0C, venku je jen 1\u00b0C. Po\u010dk\u00e1me, uvid\u00edme. Tak jedu, jedu do kopce, zkou\u0161\u00edm v\u0161echny polohy plynu a z\u00e1t\u011b\u017ee, tot\u00e9\u017e po rovince, na jedni\u010dku, na dvojku, na trojku&#8230; Necuk\u00e1!<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><s>No d\u00edky Bohu, kone\u010dn\u011b je tahle peripetie za mnou a moje auto nep\u00e1ch\u00e1 pomalou sebevra\u017edu cuk\u00e1n\u00edm do va\u010dek, v\u00e1lc\u016f, p\u0159evodovky, spojky, rozvodov\u00e9ho ventilu atd.<\/s><\/p>\n\n\n<p>Jen\u017ee po chv\u00edli se rozsv\u00edtila kontrolka motoru. Star\u00e1 MIL_CHECK_ENGINE. Jejda! Tak\u017ee diagnostika, co se tomu nel\u00edb\u00ed?<\/p>\n<p>Chyby P0101 &#8211; nespr\u00e1vn\u00fd \u00fadaj z v\u00e1hy vzduchu a P0111 &#8211; nespr\u00e1vn\u00fd \u00fadaj o teplot\u011b z v\u00e1hy vzduchu. Dob\u0159e, tak co to d\u011bl\u00e1? No&#8230; V\u00e1ha vzduchu hl\u00e1s\u00ed \u00fadaj o vn\u011bj\u0161\u00ed teplot\u011b vzduchu -40\u02daC.<\/p>\n<p><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"alignnone size-medium wp-image-82\" src=\"http:\/\/tulon.cz\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2022\/02\/croma-MAFS-kamoka-fail-300x187.jpg\" alt=\"\" width=\"300\" height=\"187\" srcset=\"http:\/\/tulon.cz\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2022\/02\/croma-MAFS-kamoka-fail-300x187.jpg 300w, http:\/\/tulon.cz\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2022\/02\/croma-MAFS-kamoka-fail.jpg 600w\" sizes=\"(max-width: 300px) 100vw, 300px\" \/><\/p>\n<p>Zbl\u00e1znili se Pol\u00e1ci? Nikoli &#8211; v\u00e1ha vzduchu fy. Kamoka nereaguje ani \u010dten\u00edm hodnoty objemu vzduchu na zm\u011bny ot\u00e1\u010dek motoru, tak\u017ee je z\u0159ejm\u011b DoA &#8211; Dead on Arrival, nefunk\u010dn\u00ed z v\u00fdroby. Je\u0161t\u011b \u017ee m\u00e1m tu diagnostiku.<\/p>\n<p>Pro\u010d to tedy necukalo? No proto\u017ee EGR se aktivuje, kdy\u017e je motor zah\u0159\u00e1t\u00fd. S fale\u0161n\u00fdm vstupn\u00edm \u00fadajem o IAT -40\u02daC byl syst\u00e9m EGR <i>softwarov\u011b vypnut\u00fd.<\/i> Co\u017e je kl\u00ed\u010dov\u00e9 pro diagnostiku: zd\u00e1lo by se, \u017ee z\u00e1vada nen\u00ed fyzick\u00e1 mimo EGR, ale pr\u00e1v\u011b zp\u016fsoben\u00e1 funkc\u00ed aktivn\u00edho EGR ventilu.<\/p>\n<p>Koupil jsem v\u00e1hu vzduchu Bosch v nad\u011bji, \u017ee t\u0159eba se to stejn\u011b sprav\u00ed. Nespravilo. Tak\u017ee diesel mus\u00ed k expertovi &#8211; panu <a href=\"http:\/\/automenger.cz\" data-ss1650976480=\"1\">Mengerovi<\/a>, kter\u00fd se na italsk\u00e1 auta specializuje.<\/p>","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Naposledy jsme se rozlou\u010dili m\u00fdm zoufalstv\u00edm z cuk\u00e1n\u00ed na turbodieselu.
